For someone who's a fan of Kansas, even through the really really bad years, I'm very happy to see them being in the position to get ranked this year. The win over K-State was huge, even though they gave up more points that game than they had all year long. And while I ranked them low right off the bat, I will say they have a few hurdles coming their way. On the road at Texas Tech should be the first hurdle for them, as they don't seem to like to travel to Texas much. Then they host Nebraska which could prove to be a great game. Then they close out at home against their biggest rival, Missouri, and that could be the deciding factor as to where they wind up in the BCS.

Kansas is having a nice season thus far. I would like to see them keep it up. However, that being said, I think they will lose 1 or maybe even 2 games. But 10-2 or 11-1 in football??? At Kansas??? Who would have ever thought that could happen???

That has been my thought all season long too! I hope this doesn't curse the basketball team, since they are always a favorite of mine!
